On Thursday, February 15, 2024, 6 pm (time zone America/Chicago), art historian and curator Mateo Chacón Pino will present the current state of his research at the 112th CAA Conference in Chicago. As part of the Exhibition and Beyond–panel, he will give a lecture entitled Moving through 'Critical Zones'. The Exhibition as a Medium of Thinking the Anthropocene. In it, he will examine the potential of exhibitions to represent the temporal dimensions of the proposed geological age of the Anthropocene.
